When is check-in time?
Check-in is at 4PM Central

Check-out is at 10AM Central
Is there a security deposit? If so, how much?
Yes, $1,000 that must be paid using credit card. The deposit is refundable if there is no damage, etc.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, cash, or credit card.
When is payment due?
Half is due with the rental agreement within 7 days of booking your reservation. The final half is due with the security deposit 30 days prior to arrival.
Do you allow pets?
Most properties allow pets, but it varies from property to property. Please check individual listings or contact us for more information.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes, cleaning fees vary depending on property and are listed on the property page under Pricing & Availability.
