When is check-in time?

Check-in is at 4PM Central

When is check-out time?

Check-out is at 11AM Central

Is there a security deposit? If so, how much?

Yes, $500 that must be in a separate check and is refundable if there is no damage, etc.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, money orders, or cash.

When is payment due?

Half is due with the rental agreement within 7 days of booking your reservation. The final half is due with the security deposit 30 days prior to arrival.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we allow pets.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, there’s a cleaning fee of $150.
